Returns

Want to return something? No problem, if your item is in its original condition then all you need to do is:

  1. You must ensure items are returned within 14 days of being received
  2. Fill out the returns form found on the back of your invoice enclosed in your package. If you can’t find it, click here to download and print an additional returns form.
  3. Please fully fill out the form with all of your details including the product code, name, size, colour and quantity of the items you want to return to us.  
  4. Please tick the refund box.
  5. Send the items back to us at your own cost, and your items will be refunded.

When is a refund not possible?

  • If you return your items to us later than 14 days from receiving your order
  • If your items are bespoke, in clearance, or personalised (i.e. embroidery) then we are not able to refund the items.
  • If your items are dirty or damaged from your personal use.
 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your items for a different size or colour then please follow the instructions below:

  1. Fill out the returns form found on the back of your invoice enclosed in your package. If you can’t find it, click here to download and print an additional returns form.
  2. Please fully fill out the form with all of your details including the product code, name, size, colour and quantity of the items you want to return to us.
  3. Fill out the details of the items you require in exchange, including the new size and colour required.  
  4. Please select your exchange payment method for us to resend the items out to you (if you do not fill in this section then the process of your order will be delayed)
  5. Send the items back to us at your own cost.

When is an exchange not possible?

  • If you return your items to us later than 14 days from receiving your order
  • If your items are bespoke, in clearance, or personalised (i.e. embroidery) then we are not able to refund the items.
  • If your items are dirty or damaged from your personal use.
  • If the items you require are not available, or are out of stock. 
 
We advise you obtain proof of delivery when returning items to us as we are unable to refund or exchange goods until we are in receipt of these.
